Product introduction:
MVR evaporator utilizes the secondary steam generated in the evaporator, increases the pressure and the temperature after compression via the compressor, then sends it to the heating chamber of the evaporator as heating steam, and keeps the material in boiling state, thus reasonably utilizing the evaporated steam, improving the efficiency, and reducing energy consumption. MVR evaporator is comprised of the heater, separator, gas compressor, pre-heater, condenser, pump, control system, working platform, etc. Generally, the efficiency of MVR evaporator is 20 to 30 times higher than that of multi-effect evaporator. Only electricity is consumed for normal operation with no steam. Energy consumption for evaporation of one ton of water is 15-100KW/h, with low operating cost. This equipment is currently the most energy-saving concentration equipment, mainly implementing single-effect evaporation or multi-effect evaporation. With little heating temperature difference and short retention time, it is applicable to heat sensitive materials; with compact structure, it covers a small area; the equipment achieves automatic operation through DCS control and can operate stably for a long time.
MVR evaporator is widely used for evaporation and concentration in grease chemical engineering, starch, juice, sewage treatment and other industries.

Scope of application:
The Multi Effect Evaporator is suitable for the production of materials with 50 ~ 200 ℃ and continuous feeding and discharging. It has the advantages of large concentration ratio, wide viscosity range, good heat transfer effect and large treatment capacity. It is suitable for the evaporation of materials with strong heat sensitivity, high concentration, high viscosity and corrosivity. It is widely used in juice, glucose, starch, pharmaceutical and chemical industry, pesticide, bioengineering Chemical wastewater treatment and other waste liquid recovery industry, especially suitable for non scaling, volatile or heat sensitive materials.
